Production
Since inception of our company early in 2019, the core business strategy was built around establishment of a factory producing packaging materials and FIBCs for the transportation of cargo from Turkmen oil and gas plants to overseas.
Our production facility was designed and built during years of 2019-2020 with in house laboratory, change room, dining area and meeting room. Indoor area designated for the machinery is 840m2 and additional 600m2 is prepared for warehousing of raw materials and ready produce.
With the help of modern technology and fast growing R&D achievements, we have now installed machines for 3 group of products:
1. Polypropylene yarns
By processing polypropylene along with calcium carbonate, UV masterbatch and colour pigments, we can produce and wind yarns that are used for sewing hard fabric. The fabric is generally used for heavy duty cargo specialized to carry cargo with weight of more than 1,000kg. Hence, to sew the fabric that’s so robust requires a very diligent work on longevity and strength of the sewing yarn. Our yarns range from 4,500 deniers up till 30,000 deniers and can be fibrillated with special oiling to suit client requirements. Our line of machinery has capacity of winding 500 tons yarn per annum and fibrillate 200 tons per year as per client order request.
2. Polypropylene belts
Thanks to our in-house yarn producing extruder line, we can source yarns for the production of PP belts used as accessories of FIBCs. The belts are also used in stretching and fixing the heavy and oversized cargoes while transported on trailers and platform wagons. The width of our belts can range from 4cm up to 10cm with available colors of white and blue. Our machines have capacity to produce 200 tons of belts per annum.
3. Polypropylene fabric
Our fabric is made of 700-800 denier range monofilament PP yarn using 6 shuttle circular looms. With width parameters of 50-70cm, our fabric is generally used for packing of flour, wheat, sugar and other agro grain products. Fabric density can be as low as 60gr/m2 and go up to 80gr/m2. We proudly produce 200 tons of fabric every year and seek to increase this figure to 1,000 tons in the near future.
Our future plans also include production of FIBC as a finished product and wagon inliners to supplement our technical sulphur projects for our Logistics division.
Our in-house QC continuously check the produce according to the standards set out in our protocol and Turkmen local GOST requirements. Our factory is ISO certified and plans to become eco-friendly and green within next 5 years using cutting edge technologies that are currently available to minimize use of electricity and cut the carbon emissions.
